Email support@tayloredlabs.com and include your store's .myshopify.com domain and, for a specific order, the order number. We reply within one business day.
Before writing in, the app's Sync log shows every order with what happened and, for anything that needs attention, the fix.
An order says "SKU not found in QuickBooks". Open the order in the sync log and either map the SKU to an existing QuickBooks item, create the item, or enable the catch-all item. The order posts as soon as you do.
QuickBooks shows a different total than Shopify. The app never changes a receipt silently; it flags the order instead. Open the receipt from the sync log, correct the tax to what Shopify collected, then mark the row as skipped.
I disconnected QuickBooks by mistake. Open Setup and connect again. Nothing is posted twice: orders already in QuickBooks are recognised by number and total.
I want orders older than 60 days posted. Use Backfill in Settings. Shopify limits apps to 60 days of history until extended access is granted; we request it for accounting apps.
